Gotham Soon after Gordon (Ben McKenzie) arrives at Arkham Asylum, a guard is killed, and the detective's probe leads him to a doctor (Morena Baccarin) who may be involved. Robin Lord Taylor, Donal Logue and Jada Pinkett Smith also star in this new episode. 8 p.m. Fox

NCIS: Los Angeles While posing as an office building's mail room worker during an investigation, Callen (Chris O'Donnell) is taken hostage by terrorists, who rig the structure with explosives. LL Cool J and Linda Hunt also star in this new episode. 9:30 p.m. CBS
