NBC’s freshman sitcom “Superstore” has made a splash on Monday nights, averaging over 5 million viewers per week.
Starring American Ferrera (“Ugly Betty”) and Ben Feldman (“Mad Men”), “Superstore” centers on a Midwestern big box store populated by a diverse and ridiculous batch of employees, who try to find a way to keep their sanity while mired in the thankless world of retail.
“Superstore” aired its best episode yet on Feb. 8, in which employees were trapped overnight in the store and made the best of it with the help of alcohol-fueled confessions and impromptu karaoke.
In anticipation of the penultimate episode of Season One, here’s a sneak preview of Monday’s episode of “Superstore,” entitled “Demotion.”
