Neil Patrick Harris, Heidi Klum, Jason Mraz, the New England Patriots’ Rob Gronkowski appear, along with fellow magicians Penn & Teller. 9 p.m. NBC

Cosby: The Women Speak More than a dozen women who claim that they were sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby discuss their allegations against in this new special. 9 p.m. A&E
