The Flash Joe (Jesse L. Martin) becomes the target of the Weather Wizard (Liam McIntyre) in this new episode. 8 p.m. KTLA

Hell’s Kitchen The remaining chefs must match the heads and tails of popular fish in order to win an advantage. The winners get a fun day in Manhattan Beach, while the losers get some more time with more fish. With Gordon Ramsay and Michael Cimarusti. 8 p.m. Fox

Dance Moms Lifetime devotes the evening to the “Dance Mom” franchise with two episodes of the original series (8 and 9 p.m.) and the two episode premiere of the international spinoff series (10 and 10:30 p.m.)

Rizzoli & Isles In the first of tonight’s two-part season finale, Jane (Angie Harmon) and the rest of the squad work overtime hunting down a serial killer, Maura (Sasha Alexander) befriends a witness to the crime who suffers from a medical condition that causes him to believe he is a wolf in this new episode. 8 and 9 p.m. TNT

Undateable The onetime summer series begins a second season with Danny (Chris D’Elia) still trying to advise Justin (Brent Morin) on romance. Bridgit Mendler joins the cast. 9 p.m. NBC

iZombie Offbeat humor helps drive this new comic-book adaptation starring Rose McIver as a medical resident whose life — or, more accurately, afterlife — is immediately changed when she attends a bizarre party and becomes a zombie. 9 p.m. KTLA

Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Blair Underwood guest stars as May’s (Ming-Na Wen) ex-husband in this new episode. Kyle MacLachlan and Drea de Matteo also guest star. 9 p.m. ABC

One Big Happy This new sitcom stars Elisha Cuthbert and Nick Zano as longtime friends who decide to have a baby together. Kelly Brook, Corry, Chris Williams and Brandon Mychal Smith also star. 9:30 p.m. NBC

Justified Ava (Joelle Carter) is caught in the middle as Raylan and Boyd (Timothy Olyphant, Walton Goggins) each tests her loyalty in this new episode. 10 p.m. FX

Perception In the series finale, when Moretti (Rachael Leigh Cook) goes missing on her wedding day, Pierce and Donnie (Eric McCormack, Scott Wolf) assume she has cold feet but are in for a big surprise. 10 p.m. TNT
