Hot in Cleveland In this new episode the women fly to Los Angeles where Victoria (Wendie Malick) is to announce the Oscar nominations, while Joy (Jane Leeves) meets a man. Betty White also stars with guest stars Tim Daly, J.P. Manoux and Bill Bellamy. 10 p.m. TV Land

Taxi Brooklyn Inspired by filmmaker Luc Besson's "Taxi" action-comedy movies, this new series' casts "Grey's Anatomy" alum Chyler Leigh as a New York police detective demoted to foot duty, who has crime-solving partner who's a cab driver (Jacky Ido). Ally Walker and Jennifer Esposito also star. 10 p.m. NBC
