JFK A new episode of “Nova,” “Cold Case JFK,” examines the assassination of President John F. Kennedy as if it had taken place today — when sophisticated forensic tools we didn’t have in 1963 are available. That’s followed by a new “Secrets of the Dead” that offers a minute by minute look back at coverage of the assassination using the CBS News footage shot that day in Dallas and the newsroom in New York. Walter Cronkite, Dan Rather, Bob Schieffer, Marvin Kalb and Marianne Means are among the journalists featured. 9 and 10 p.m. KOCE
