Need a New or Renewed U.S. Passport?
Passport restrictions were implemented in 2007 for
travel by air to Mexico, Canada, Bermuda and the
Caribbean. In June 2009, the Department of State is
scheduled to implement the passport requirement
for land and see travel. The Los Angeles Times
Travel & Adventure Show along with the City of
Glendale Enterprise Services offers you a one-stop
shop opportunity apply for your new passport or renew a previously issued passport while you are
here planning your next vacation. Visit the City of

apply for your passport and more information on the
New PASSPORT CARD.
To Renew a Passport, individuals must bring:
- ID (current government issued ID
such as Driver’s License) - Previously issued (within the last 15 years) Passport
For a New Passport, applicants must bring:
- ID (current government issued ID
such as Driver’s License)
- One of the following: A certified birth certificate (NO ABSTRACTS), previously issued passport or naturalization certificate.
All passport applicants are required to:
- Appear in person
- Submit two 2-by2 inch photo
(on-site photography will be available for a fee)
Note: For children seeking passports, both parents and child must be present
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cash & Checks will be accepted as forms of payment.
