Here’s what you need to bring
To Renew a Passport, individuals should bring:
- ID (Current government issued ID such as Driver Lic., DMV Identification)
- Previously Issued (within the last 15 years) Passport
For New Passport Applicants should bring:
- ID (Current government issued ID such as Driver Lic., DMV Identification)
- One of the following: Certified Birth Certificate (NO abstracts)
- Previously Issued Passport
Naturalization Certificate
NOTE: All Passport Applicants are required to:
- Appear in Person
- Submit 2 (2” x 2”) photos-(On-site photos will be available for a small fee)
- Children - Both Parents must be present
