The gown that Gwyneth Paltrow wore to the world premiere of “Iron Man 3” last week in L.A. has gotten a lot of buzz, mostly negative. Now the actress’ stylist Elizabeth Saltzman defends the choice to Us Weekly, calling the dress “elegant,” and saying it showed spirit -- as well as the fruits of Paltrow’s labors at the gym.
