Target plans to close all 133 of its stores in Canada. The retailer expanded into Canada less than two years ago, but decided to pull the plug because it looked as though the venture wouldn't be profitable before 2021 at the earliest, according to a statement from Brian Cornell, the company's chairman and CEO.
