Singer-songwriter Meghan Trainor is partnering with Skechers for global marketing campaigns through 2017, the company announced in a news release Thursday. Trainor’s efforts will be in addition to Demi Lovato’s ongoing Skechers Colorful Comfort campaign.

Sofia Vergara, Pit Bull, Rihanna, Jessica Simpson and Paris Hilton all plan to launch new fall fragrances with Parlux. And Ariana Grande has her first fragrance, Ari by Ariana Grande, created with Luxe Brands, set to debut in September. It comes in a pink bottle with an attached pompom — which is there, she says, because it makes her smile.

(They all, we might add, are a step behind Katy Perry, whose new fragrance went on sale on Twitter on Wednesday.)

Converse has updated the iconic Chuck Taylor All-Star shoe for the first time since it was introduced in 1917 — yes, that is almost 100 years ago.

Barneys hosted a dinner in L.A. launching NBA star Russell Westbrook’s new fragrance with Byredo, fittingly called Byredo Westbrook Eau De Parfum.

Tinker Tailor, the retail site that specialized in customizable fashion, is shutting down after less than a year and a half in business and won’t accept new orders.
