Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, surprised the fashion world when she wore a Temperley London dress with cutouts to an Action on Addiction fundraiser late last week. The silhouette of the dress was demure, the cutouts more unexpectedly edgy -- and kind of daring for the pregnant duchess, who only recently began appearing in public again after a bout of acute morning sickness.
