Jean Paul Gaultier took to Twitter with an open letter calling out Style.com's Tim Blanks, who wrote a negative review of Gaultier's Paris Haute Couture show last week -- a review that included calling European reality star Nabilla Benattia a "down market" choice to walk the runway.
