Styleliner mobile accessories truck on the move in L.A.

Styleliner, a mobile store that offers accessories from a variety of international designers, starts rolling this month in Southern California.

Many of the pieces in stock come from founder Joey Wolffer’s travels to Spain, Instanbul and Paris. Also aboard are Styleliner-labeled handbags, necklaces and tees.

The truck is slated to be based in Santa Monica near the Brentwood Country Mart from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. On Fridays and Saturdays it moves to Venice, in a location on Abbot Kinney next to Feed restaurant.

The truck is available for private parties and charity events too.

Ron Robinson plans to host a cocktail party from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday to unveil his new StylObjects Melrose store, showcasing holiday exclusives from Atelier Swarovski by Maison Martin Margiela, Beats by Dre, K Kane and the Curated Collection. Special guest Dita Von Teese is expected to be on hand to introduce her new Erotique fragrance at the event, which is open to the public. The Americana at Brand has scheduled its annual holiday tree-lighting ceremony beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The event is to include performances by Cirque du Santa and Dejah Gomez, a dramatic entrance by Santa and fireworks, if the weather cooperates. The shopping center is at 889 Americana Way, Glendale.

Ron Robinson/Fred Segal has teamed with Carl Louisville of Guerilla Atelier to open a holiday luxury concept shop in the Arts District in downtown L.A. The shop, at 821 E. 3rd St., offers a selection of apothecary, lifestyle and home decor items from a variety of brands such as Missoni Home, Christian Lacroix and Taschen. Hours are 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 pm. Sunday.

Mattison is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a sale offering 30% off made-to-measure and current collection items and up to 70% off past collections. The sale is slated to go on through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily at the menswear store at 8458 Melrose Place, Los Angeles.

Clover Canyon plans a sample sale from noon to 6 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday at 834 S. Broadway, 3rd floor, Los Angeles. Cash and credit cards only.

Kelly Wearstler ready-to-wear, jewelry and home goods will be available in a warehouse sale scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting Thursday and going through Nov. 29 (closed Nov. 27 and Nov. 28). The sale will be at 8104 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles.

Simone Camille and several other labels will be on offer in a holiday sample sale is slated to run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at 318 1/2 S. La Brea Ave., Los Angeles. The sale includes Simone Camille bags, apparel from 194t, jewelry by Emerson Ryder and hats by Janessa Leone. It is to be hosted by fashion bloggers Courtney Trop (Always Judging) and Geri Hirsch (Because I’m Addicted).

Junk Food has scheduled a sample sale for men’s, women’s and children’s apparel over four Fridays at the Cooper Design Space, Ste. 200, 860 S. Los Angeles St., Los Angeles. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 22, Dec. 6 and Dec. 13 and 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 20. Junk Food tees will be $10 and fleece will be $15. Items from the Stray Heart collection will be $20, sale organizers said.
