"Waitress" (2007). There isn't one particular scene from this movie. The whole movie is driven by an ingenious device the writer-director created to express a young woman's journey from abused wife to emancipated single mom. Her interior dialogue is expressed externally through the many pies she imagines and/or creates to bind anxiety and express anger or love. For example, I Don't Want Earl's Baby Pie a.k.a. Bad Baby Pie (brie quiche with smoked ham) is in response to a positive pregnancy test. Then there's I Hate My Husband Pie -- "You make it with bittersweet chocolate and don't sweeten it. You make it into a pudding and drown it in caramel." The full list with recipes was packaged with the original DVD.
