Celiac disease was largely unheard of just a few years ago. Today, there are many blogs that deal with eating gluten-free. Here are just a few sites we like -- and we know there are many out there. I have been writing the blog Gluten-Free Fun (glutenfreefun.blogspot.com) since 2007. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in the early 1980s, so gluten-free and Celiac Disease have always been my life. I am also lead organizer of the NYC Celiac Disease Meetup group (www.meetup.com/celiac). Thanks!
