BEST DISHESClassic cold borscht, wild mushroom cappuccino, Petrossian salad, Napoleon tartare, croque madame sandwich, Tzar Cut Trio of smoked salmon, entrecote à l'échalote, short ribs, Sicilian pistachio crème brûlée.
