  • The medical orthodoxy is engaged in the biggest medical fraud of the century. Otto Warburg, M.D., Ph.D., the genius in Germany, discovered decades ago that cancer is one disease; oxygen deficiency to living cells, or the wrong energy supply. References: "The Hidden STory of Cancer" by Brian Peskin, E.E. and Amid Habib, M.D., Pinnacle Press, Houston, 2006-2008. "The Truth About Hydrazine Sulfate-Dr. Gold Speaks" by Joseph Gold, M.D., www.hydrazinesulfate.org. This is a criminal indictment of the cancer generals, the National CAncer Institute and the FDA. • The bottom line is, unfortunately, what is insurance willing to pay for?

  • I've been diagnosted with a myeloma one year ago...I know I'm lucky to live in France where the national health care system allows me to be cured without paying anything...

  • What is hapening with multiple myeloma?? Is there any work on targeted treatment??? I guesss it is hard to find information on this cancer as it is not as prevelent as many types?????

  • We have clinical trials for melanoma at UCLA's Jonsson Cancer Center. Go here: http://www.cancer.ucla.edu/Index.aspx?page=51 And patients don't have to pay to be in a clinical trial. Their insurance covers routine things like scans/blood tests. The sponsor supplies the compound, UCLA pays its scientists. My dear Daughter-in-Law lost a battle with Brain Cancer at UCLA but her life was prolonged by good medicine. Please understand that all of this cost money and be generous when you are ask to contribute to the American Cancer Fund. thanks from all of us Cancer Survivors. Jim and Cathy MacKrell

  • I have not read about any targeted therapy for Melanoma. Are there any clinical trials underway for Melanoma?

    Virgil Sanders @ 6:21 AM PDT, Oct 20, 2008

  • Various cancer types have been shown to be responsive to oral melatonin (10-50 mg daily), including breast cancer, non-small-cell lung cancer, metastatic renal cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and brain metastases from solid tumors. http://www.thorne.com/altmedrev/.fulltext/10/4/326.pdf There are over 1100 medical journal articles about melatonin on PubMed. At this link: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?DB=pubmed . You can type in melatonin melanoma, or melatonin prostrate, or melatonin pancreas, or many other cancers and see what researchers have to say about how melatonin will cure cancers.

  • More important: 1) Who gets treatments like this? (Who can afford them?) 2) Some day, cancer will be curable -- for the rich.
