I have the Keiser M3 indoor cycle. I like it because it feels like a racing bike in terms of the fit. In other words, I can lean forward and I can stand up if I want to really push it. The reason that it is different than most other indoor cycles is because, with most indoor cycles, the resistance is adjusted with a knob that turns a pad tighter on the wheel to create friction. However the Keiser creates resistance by an electro-magnetic field which is more precise and in increments of 20 different settings.
