  • JUSTIN STULER at Rolling Hills Athletic Club in Torrance is the world’s best trainer. He tailors workouts to meet the specific needs of his clients. He never makes you feel bad if you have had a bad week with your eating/cardio. He is incredibly motivating & encourages his clients to meet/exceed their goals. I have experienced some unique health issues this past year. He has gone out of his way to research what I can & cannot do during a workout when such issues present themselves. I have worked with two other trainers prior to Justin & I would recommend Justin in a heartbeat. He has made it possible for me to be in the best shape of my life.

  • I have danced with Milo Levell for years & love him to death. Whether he's teaching, intricate Hip Hop moves or energizing Funk, he always has a way to make it fun & welcoming to everyone. He's very positive & uplifting & makes you want to dance for hours. He is one of my favorite people to dance with! If you ever get a chance to take one of his classes, take it, it's guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

  • I have been working out with Justin Stuler at the Rolling Hills Athletic club for about 8 months now. I see him two days a week in the gym and swim at another facility 3 days a week without a trainer. I find that I really look forward to the days when I work out with Justin. He is extremly knowledgable and is always adding a new challenge. He has a unique ability to motivate through his understanding of what makes people tick.

  • I work out with Julie Diamond as well. Her positive attitude and vast knowledge make her workouts the most enjoyable and efficient that i have ever experienced. I actually look forward to our training sessions. Something i have never done in the past. people can check out her website at www.juliediamondfitness.com

  • Julie Diamond is just plain kick-a**. She tailors the workout to your particular strength on each particular day. After years of strict workout regimes, I went almost two years without any form of exercise after an operation and got "mushy". I started working out with Julie Diamond and within two weeks I saw my muscle memory returning; within two months my body was sculpted like never before, from just three hours per week on free weights. Here are two more reasons: *Jonesy's Jukebox Jury recently featured Julie Diamond as the "expert" on his New Year's Resolution Panel *Emily Deschanel mentioned her in Women's Health last fall

  • David Bolduc is one of the top trainers in the South Bay. He has a ton of creative functional exercises that he tailors to my needs. He’s mostly at The Spectrum Club but he’s usually going to 3 or 4 locations a day, including the beach! It’s hard to get on his schedule but he tries to fit everyone in that wants to work with him. He’s written his own nutrition program and it works! Check him out at www.BolducFitness.com.

  • I also work out with Julie Diamond. In fact, I wrote a write up on her on SheSez.com. She is just fabulous - mostly because she is able to motivate me. She varies her work-out - it isn't the same thing each time. And, she knows how to get "the core" in shape. Unlike any of the other trainers I've worked out with in the past, with Julie, I see results. Need I say more?

  • Julie Diamond is the best trainer that I have ever worked with. Before I began my training sessions with Julie, I was a casual jogger. I lacked the consistency or motivation to stick to any workout routine. However, once I met Julie, I have been inspired to stick to weekly workouts and change my eating habits. Now, I am in the best shape of my life. For the first time, I am not terrified of wearing a bikini this summer. I owe all the credit to Julie and her awesome workouts. Her enthusiastic personality and fitness expertise motivates me to stick it. Thank God for Julie! -Sylvia

  • I agree with the other clients that go to Easy Fitness, they are very different then other personal trainers in LA. I've worked with a few trainers at different places over the years and I like these guys best. With them it's all bout me NOT ABOUT THEM! All my other trainers talked about were themselves and what they were doing. These guys listen to me and really helped me figure what things I needed to do to finally lose weight. Plus they don't try to kill you, they work you into shape gradually. I strongly recommend them.
