I started out creating a running music playlist I had hoped would psych me up enough to continue the program. While the music was great, I had a hard time concentrating on it because I kept looking back at the treadmill to see when I could stop running. This made the program less fun to follow. I then searched high and low for a pre-made podcast, which I found thanks to a man named Robert Ullrey. While his podcasts were great in that I didn't have to think about when to walk and run, the music wasn't my cup of tea. Of course, this is when the giant light bulb appeared above my head. I can make my own podcast set to the music I choose (and have the rights to use).
