Matthew Perry puts his WeHo condo on the market
This just in: After reporting earlier that Matthew Perry has bought a house in the Sunset Strip area, we’ve learned that the actor has listed his condo in West Hollywood’s Sierra Towers at $2,995,000.
The unit, which he purchased from Elton John in 2005 for $3.2 million, is on the 22nd floor. It has two bedrooms and 21/2 bathrooms in 1,672 square feet. The modern condo sits on the southeast corner of the high-rise with walls of glass and a balcony offering skyline views.
Perry, 41, starred in the decade-long running sitcom “Friends” starting in 1994.
The listing agents are Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust, Beverly Hills, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
