Classic Airstreams updated for modern living
Santa Barbara architect Matthew Hofmann recently transformed four Airstream trailers into hotel rooms that showcase not only 1950s to 1970s style, but also concepts for small-space living. With the Airstream Hotel now open in Santa Barbara and the fandom for Airstreams still surging, Hofmann is focusing solely on rehabbing these old trailers for modern living.
