USC frat house reborn: A modern makeover for Phi Sigma Kappa
With help by architect Ana Henton and her team at Mass Architecture and Design, an Animal House has been remade modern for a new generation. Goodbye stripper pole, hello salad bar.

Inside the remodeled frat house, larger windows let in more natural light and cedar ceiling paneling lends a modern touch. Because durability was a primary concern, the design team replaced worn carpeting with a concrete floor, and upstairs, space-saving loft beds are framed in metal.
