Share

Mike and Sarah Dowdell, owners of the Deer Lovely/Whiskey Tango 1977 shop at the OC Mart Mix in Costa Mesa, have opened a new boutique at Park Place in Irvine.

The new store, Love and Whiskey, features men’s and women’s fashion from a mix of local, domestically produced or cause-driven brands. Offerings include labels such as Tank Farm, Michael Lauren, Gentle Fawn, VSTR and Krochet Kids, as well as exclusive pieces from 31 Bits jewelry, Will’s Leather Goods and Peg and Awl and hard-to-find styles from Toms Shoes.

The store also includes a music lounge provided in partnership with Alex Forsythe, who founded the Analog music and art boutique in the OC Mart Mix -- where shoppers can listen to music and buy vintage and new record players, speakers and vinyl records.
