The L.A. Times Test Kitchen tests hundreds of recipes a year. So coming up with our favorite recipes of 2010 was not an easy task. As the L.A. Times Food staff winnowed down the list to 10 favorites (plus 5 more), we decided to throw open the vault of the "best of" lists from year's past. What follows is a look at some of those dishes -- but not all. While our recipes are stored in an online archive that goes back to 1985, our photos don't go back that far.<br>
