ON THE JOB: What did Thomas Keller, chef at the French Laundry in Napa Valley, do after learning his restaurant earned three stars in the Michelin Guide? He got right back to work in the kitchen, as captured here in fall 2006. Now Keller is headed to Beverly Hills.
