Furniture designer Charles Fradin is best known for his relaxed, West Coast versions of New England antiques. When he decided to collaborate with his wife, retired Hollywood publicist Susan Geller, their first project was simple enough: a recipe box. That piece grew into a line of stationery, and now the Charles Fradin for Williams-Sonoma collection includes hand-engraved and letter-pressed Fradin artwork on thank-you notes, cookbook marks, wine gift tags, shopping pads and totes. The new wooden recipe box shown here ($119) comes with seven hand-embossed dividers and 105 cards. Note cards for hosts to share their recipes ($49 for a set of 10) also are available. They’re sold at select Williams-Sonoma stores, including Beverly Hills, (310) 274-9127, and South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, (714) 751-1166.
