Makeup in day-glo and neon

Taking a cue from the runway, makeup now comes in day-glo and neon colors. “Try a single pop of vivid color on only one feature, concentrating on one area: lips, eye shadow on the lid or just along the lower lash line," says makeup artist Kathy Jeung. Here, a Bottega Venetta outfit provides a neutral background for vivid lips.
