"It's a time for new beginnings. For me, Yom Kippur is the most enjoyable. It makes you focus on your goal: recognize your sins and improving yourself. During the year, we don't focus on weaknesses. But when you're fasting, going to synagogue, breaking your normal routine, you focus on yourself. Yom Kippur has several confessionals during the day, and you move to a different spiritual level. You ask: What can I do this year to do and to be a little better?"
