His expertise of all things Internet came in part by osmosis – growing up with access to online as a teenager; and later through education in finance. That's when Hoffman really grabbed the back-of-the-house skills especially in terms of the algorithms utilized by search engines and their mathematical functions, he says.
Hoffman created his opportunities: he worked as a promoter for a local band; and started affiliate marketing websites. He continued to manage his father's dental practice Internet marketing developing expertise in Search Engine Optimization and Paid Search Management.
After college, Hoffman interned at several finance firms; learning the stock market, related research, and new business solicitation, he says.

You recently re-branded. What did you gain? We began to receive requests for services dealing with other emerging platforms outside of SEO. So it became clear that the name SEO.cc no longer adequately described this multi-faced company. Our rebranding came as a result and better fits into our core DNA: driving results for our clients.
What can you do that your competitors cannot? We provide consistent results for our clients. Our proprietary login system is optimized to stay current with today's market and was built specifically for servicing the needs of our clients. We fulfill on services for other agencies, as well; providing a transparent environment into results for their clients; showing exactly what is being done to attain results.
The Internet and social media are so liquid that being an expert is constantly being redefined, so how do you keep in the know? Stay on top of the market pulses; never discount a potential market movement. Stay abreast with what the major market players are doing, and the trends that are influencing their behaviors. Acknowledge that not all people maintain the same decision-making process for one site as they may for another.
What keeps you up at night? Responsibilities to our clients. It has to do with being able to market for clients, but we also have to disengage and interact with the Internet to understand how other users may be behaving.
