Rothstein sang at Boyd Anderson
Fort Lauderdale Attorney Scott Rothstein, now accuesd of running what federal authorities say was a $1 billion Ponzi scheme, spent his senior year of high school singing.
In Boyd Anderson High School's 1980 yearbook, "Charmer: a change of pace," Rothstein is seen smiling and wearing a bowtie as he stands among members of the concert choir and chamber singers. Rothstein, who graduated from the home of the Cobra's in 1980, was also a Chorus officer.
According to the yearbook, all the school's chorus programs were quite good, competing in all-county performances as well as state festivals. They also participated in the Pinky Herman Show at the Sunrise Musical Theater.
