The Negroni -- probably your favorite Italian cocktail -- is the drink of honor during Negroni Week, a marketing effort between Campari America and Imbibe Media that continues through Sunday.

No need to twist anyone’s arm -- Negroni Day, Negroni Week, Negroni Year.... Campari/Imbibe’s Negroni Week has a charity component; part of the proceeds from each cocktail go to participating bars’ cause of choice.

Here’s a list of Negroni and Negroni variations in Los Angeles:

Ink restaurant is offering a Negroni variation a day, including a sous-vide rapid-barrel-aged Negroni, Negroni Jell-O shots and Negroni milkshakes.
