Dominick's is partnering with Jameson Black Barrel Select for the restaurant's annual pig roast Wednesday. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., the restaurant will be serving cracklings ($5), pig roast flatbread ($13), corzetti ($17), roasted pig ($19), roasted yams ($8), banana cream pie ($9) glasses of Dago wine and Jameson Black Barrel cocktails ($9). SLS Culinary Director José Andrés and chef de cuisine Holly Jivin Saam are hosting their annual black truffle dinner series at Saam through Feb. 28. The multi-course dinners will highlight truffles foraged by Truffle Brothers Michael and Marco Pietroiacovo in Abruzzo, Italy. The menus will be available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and are $275 per person. Optional wine pairings also will be available for $100 and $350.
