Exactly where the Hello Kitty Cafe truck is going to be parked next weekend

The Hello Kitty Cafe truck, essentially a giant van outfitted with pink bows and Hello Kitty illustrations and filled with Hello-Kitty-themed sweets, is making its way to Glendale.

The truck will be parked at the Glendale Galleria, in front of the galleria sign on Central Avenue, next Saturday, July 16.

For the record:

The Hello Kitty Cafe truck will be in Glendale on Saturday, July 16. An earlier version of this post stated that the truck will be coming to Glendale this Saturday, July 9.

From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sanrio fans will be able to order three-piece Hello Kitty cookie sets, a macaron box set with a surprise Sanrio character (here’s hoping it’s Gudetama), a four-pack of mini-cakes and doughnuts.

You’ll also be able to stock up on some Hello Kitty Cafe mugs, T-shirts and bow headbands, just like the ones Hello Kitty wears.

And if you get thirsty, the truck will be stocked with pink, bow-shaped water bottles for sale.

The Sanrio Hello Kitty Cafe truck first made its debut at Hello Kitty Con (a convention devoted to Hello Kitty) in 2014. Sanrio has plans for a brick-and-mortar Hello Kitty Cafe in Los Angeles some time in the future.

100 W. Broadway, Glendale, www.facebook.com/HelloKittyCafe.
