Lions Win Third Straight & Second Straight On The Road

The Detroit Lions took advantage of twointerceptions to score 17 points in the final 4:37 Sunday and rallypast the reeling Miami Dolphins 34-27.

With the comeback, Detroit (5-10) has won three consecutivegames for the first time since 2007. Miami (7-8), eliminated fromthe playoff race last week, finished 1-7 at home to match afranchise low.

Trailing 24-14 with five minutes to go, the Lions forced a punt,and on the first play Jahvid Best turned a short pass from ShaunHill into a 53-yard touchdown.

Nathan Vasher's interception set up a 47-yard field goal by DaveRayner to tie the game with 2:44 remaining. Then came aninterception by DeAndre Levy, who zigzagged 30 yards to the endzone for Detroit's third score in less than 2½ minutes.
