Tigers Fall to A's in Game Three of ALDS, Oakland Forces Game Four

The Oakland A's forced a game four in the ALDS, topping Detroit 2-0 in game three on Tuesday at Oakland Coliseum .

Tigers starter Anibal Sanchez pitched 6.1 innings giving up five hits and striking out three.

Tigers batters were held to just four hits total - two coming off A's starter Brett Anderson who also fanned six Detroit hitters.

Detroit will now try to finish the series in game four set for 9:30pm in Oakland on Wednesday. The game will air on TNT.
