"Dr. Ruth, All The Way" Returns To Berkshires With Debra Jo Rupp

 The Doctor is in...again.

 Barrington Stage will  bring back its world premiere summer hit, “Dr. Ruth, All the Way” Sept. 19 to Oct. 7.

 The one person show based on the life and careers of Dr. Ruth Westheimer stars Debra Jo Rupp (TV’s “That ‘70s Show”). 

The play is written by Mark St. Germain (“Freud’s Last Session,” “The Best of Enemies”) and is dstaged by Julianne Boyd, the theater’s artistic director.

 The show will run at the St. Germain Stage (formerly Stage 2) at the Blatt Performing Arts Center, 36 Linden St. in Pittsfield, Mass. in the Berkshires.

 The world premiere of the work had a sold out run during its 36 performances in June and July.

 Performances are Wednesdays to Fridays at 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays  at 4 and 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $40 to $49.
