( Joshua Hartmann, Fox CT / July 26, 2012 ) Tuesday, federal prosecutors sought secretly to have Harry Raymond Soucy, 60, of Naugatuck, arrested and presented in federal court in New Haven, where he pleaded guilty to one count of devising a scheme to bribe a public official and one count of conspiring to make false statements to the Federal Election Commission and to impede the commission's enforcement of federal campaign finance laws. |
