Maritime Aquarium

More than 50 free-flying lorikeets, which are colorful medium-sized parrots native to the south Pacific, are the Maritime Aquarium's big summer exhibit, which runs through Sept. 2. The lorikeets are outside on the Aquarium's riverfront courtyard and will eat out of your hand (nectar cups are $3). Admission ranges from $19.95 to $12.95, and the aquarium is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is at 10 N. Water St., Norwalk. Information: 203-852-0700 and www.maritimeaquarium.org.
