The season will open with the 1927 musical "Good News," which was later revived on Broadway in 1974.
The show has music by Ray Henderson and lyrics by B.G. DeSilva and Lew Brown and featured the songs “The Best Things In Life Are Free,” “Varsity Drag” and “Lucky in Love.” The revival added other songs by the composing team: “Button Up Your Overcoat,” “You’re the Cream in My Coffee,” “Keep Your Sunny Side Up” and “Life Is Just a Bowl of Cherries.” The revival featured

The theater also presented "Mack and Mabel" on its main stage and "Dear World" at Goodspeed Musicals' Norma Terris Theatre in Chester.
“Hello, Dolly!” show is expected to generate high interest in the casting of the musical (which has not been revived on Broadway with anyone else but the show’s original 1964 star
The main stage season will end with Frank Loesser's 1956 musical, "The Most Happy Fella." The theater also produced the show in 1991 with a two-piano arrangement. That show transferred to Broadway in 1992.
The show will run Sept. 20 to Dec. 1.
