She is arguably most remembered for her Academy Award-winning role in the 1957 film, The Three Faces of Eve. Woodward was married to actor and humanitarian Paul Newman from 1958 until his death in 2008. She was the artistic director of the Westport Country Playhouse in Westport, Conn., and she resides in Westport, as stated by the Hartford Courant. |
