3. Ben Gordon, third overall, Chicago, 2004: Gordon won a national title with Okafor and then was selected right behind him in the draft. Aside from Okafor, and then Hasheem Thabeet in 2009, no Husky has been drafted higher. Gordon was named Sixth Man of the Year, coming off the Bulls bench to average 15.1 points, 2.6 rebounds and two assists while shooting 40.5 percent on three-pointers. The Bulls finished 47-35, second in the Central Division. Gordon averaged 20-plus points in two of his final three seasons with the Bulls before signing with the Pistons before the 2009-10 season, nearly doubling his salary.
