4. Ray Allen, fifth overall, Minnesota, 1996: Allen, now the top three-point shooter in NBA history, started firing away early with the Bucks, who acquired him from the Timberwolves on draft night. He started 81 of 82 games, averaging 13.4 points and four rebounds while shooting 39.3 percent on three-pointers. The team finished 30-52, fifth in the Central Division. Allen was a three-time all-star in seven seasons with the Bucks before being traded in 2003 (with Ronald Murray, Kevin Ollie and a draft pick) to Seattle for Desmond Mason and Gary Payton.
