An orangutang named Dwi rests near his mother on July 20, 2012, five days after his birth at the Amneville zoo, eastern France. These orangutangs (Pongo pygmaeus) are an endangered species due to deforestation in Borneo and Sumatra (Indonesia) and their births in captivity are a very unusual event. Julietta arrived in Amneville from Jersey British island, in 2007.
