Waynesboro square aglow for holidays

The Christmas tree in the square in Waynesboro, Pa., is up and shining for the holidays. The community hosted its tree-lighting ceremony last Friday in advance of the holiday parade the next afternoon. Several Tri-State communities will hold their tree lightings later this month, including Mont Alto, Pa., and Martinsburg, W.Va., on Nov. 30. Shepherdstown, W.Va., will host its annual Christmas parade Dec. 1.
