First Call Weekend

Visitors got a sneak peek Tuesday at a collection of Civil War artifacts set to be unveiled Saturday at the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts in Hagerstown. The exhibit is the cornerstone of the upcoming Heart of the Civil War Heritage Area's First Call Weekend commemorating the 150th anniversary of Gen. Robert E. Lee's Maryland Campaign.
