Dave Lick, 73, of Wallingford pitches a shoe during league play at the Central Ct. Horseshoe Club Tuesday. Lick is currently ranked number 3 in the state and was ranked 14th in the world in 2008. "I used to be ranked second, but I think old age is catching up to me," he said.
