The Arrigoni Bridge

The Arrigoni Bridge, which spans the Connecticut River connecting Portland and Middletown, will be narrowed to two lanes - one in each direction - starting Tuesday, June 28, for construction to repair the bridge decking. The project will take about 15 months to complete.
