Renee Bailey, a Torrington resident, suffered a series of setbacks in the last few years - losing her job at a heating and plumbing company, and two serious car accidents. Bailey, with her two sons Andrew Hilliard, 18, and Connor Bailey, 8, fears that loosing her HUSKY health benfits, as Gov. Dannel Malloy has proposed, would "stop her in her tracks." She holds three jobs and is finishing getting her masters degree at Central Connecticut State University.
